These terms establish the legal framework governing the relationship between you, as a client, and ClicBlaze as your strategic partner in advertising and marketing. By accessing our services, you fully accept these conditions and agree to comply with all provisions herein.

DEFINITION OF OUR SERVICES

Core Advertising Services

ClicBlaze specializes in high-impact advertising campaigns, including:

  • Comprehensive campaign development across digital and traditional platforms
  • Creation of visual and audiovisual advertising content
  • Full social media management
  • Branding and brand positioning strategies
  • Specialized consulting in digital and traditional marketing
  • Results analysis with detailed performance reports

Complementary and Specialized Services

  • Market research and competitor analysis
  • Corporate visual identity development
  • Production of printed and digital advertising materials
  • Public relations management and crisis communication
  • Organization of promotional events and product launches
  • Marketing training for internal client teams

ENGAGEMENT AND FORMALIZATION PROCESS

Commercial Process Initiation

The commercial relationship begins when you contact us through our official channels. We provide a free initial consultation, define your needs, and prepare a detailed proposal with scope, schedule, investment, and expected outcomes.

Agreement Formalization

Acceptance of our proposal constitutes a binding contract. The client must provide a detailed project brief, make the agreed payment, and designate an authorized point of contact.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Active Collaboration in the Project

  • Provide truthful, complete, and updated business information
  • Grant access to necessary materials (graphic, audiovisual, brand)
  • Review and approve creative proposals within deadlines
  • Provide constructive and specific feedback
  • Comply punctually with payment schedules
  • Maintain open communication with the team

Client Restrictions and Limitations

  • No interference with approved strategy without valid justification
  • No unilateral modification of advertising materials
  • No use of our creative works with other providers without authorization
  • No disclosure of ClicBlaze’s confidential methods or strategies
  • No negative public statements about ClicBlaze during contract validity

CLICBLAZE COMMITMENTS TO OUR CLIENTS

Quality and Service Standards

  • Deliver services with the highest creative and technical standards
  • Meet timelines except in force majeure cases
  • Maintain constant communication on project progress
  • Provide detailed campaign performance reports
  • Ensure absolute confidentiality of client information
  • Offer technical support throughout the service duration

ClicBlaze’s Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the scope of each proposal. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales, leads, or conversions, as these depend on external factors including product/service quality, market competition, economic conditions, and consumer decisions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CREATIVE RIGHTS

Ownership of Creative Works and Strategies

All creative concepts, strategies, materials, and methodologies developed by ClicBlaze remain the company’s intellectual property until full payment. Upon payment, the client acquires exclusive commercial usage rights, while ClicBlaze retains copyright and may showcase work in its portfolio.

Use of Client Materials

The client guarantees rights over provided materials and authorizes their use for the project. ClicBlaze assumes no responsibility for third-party rights violations arising from such materials.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND COMMERCIAL INFORMATION PROTECTION

Both parties agree to confidentiality regarding commercial information, strategies, methodologies, client data, and privileged information throughout the contract and for five years after its termination.

SERVICE AND SCOPE MODIFICATIONS

Client-Requested Changes

Must be requested in writing, evaluated for impact on timeline and costs, and formalized via addendum to the contract.

Adaptations Due to Market Conditions

ClicBlaze may suggest strategic modifications due to market changes, platform updates, or new audience insights, always with prior client authorization.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes will first be resolved through direct negotiation. If unresolved in 15 business days, mediation will follow, and ultimately arbitration under the Arbitration Center of Mexico rules, seated in Mexico City, applying Mexican law.

GENERAL AND APPLICABLE PROVISIONS

This agreement is governed by Mexican law. Modifications must be signed by both parties. Invalidity of a clause does not affect the remainder. Official communications must be sent to registered addresses.
