At ClicBlaze, we understand that the world of advertising requires constant adaptability. Just as we believe advertising is like a powerful engine that needs precise adjustments, our cancellation and refund policies are designed to provide your business with the flexibility it needs, while always maintaining transparency and fairness for both parties.

SERVICE CATEGORIES FOR CANCELLATIONS

Consulting and Advertising Strategy Services

Includes marketing strategies, brand audits, market research, specialized advertising consulting, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations.

Creative Production Services

Covers graphic design, audiovisual production, advertising content development, promotional materials, commercial photography, visual identity, and multimedia advertising campaigns.

Campaign Management Services

Includes social media management, paid advertising management, community management, email marketing, online reputation management, and performance monitoring.

CANCELLATION PERIODS BY SERVICE TYPE

  • Immediate Cancellation (5 days): Right of withdrawal within 5 business days with no penalty for services not initiated or delivered.
  • Grace Period (24–72 hours): 15% retention applies; 85% refunded.
  • Standard Cancellation (72 hours – 7 days): 30% retention of total project value for opportunity costs and preliminary work.
  • Late Cancellation (After 7 days): Evaluated case by case considering project progress, resources, and third-party commitments.

DIFFERENTIATED REFUND MODALITIES

  • Full Refund (100%): Applies in proven breach by ClicBlaze, cancellations within 24 hours of non-initiated services, or administrative errors.
  • Standard Partial Refund: Calculated by deducting work completed, third-party expenses, cancellation retention, and 10% for administrative costs.

FORMAL PROCEDURE TO REQUEST CANCELLATIONS

Initial Request

Refund requests must be made in writing to informacion@clicblaze.com including contract/order number, reason, desired effective date, and preference for refund or credit.

Evaluation and Response

CLICBLAZE will respond within 5 business days, evaluating project progress, incurred expenses, third-party commitments, and refund calculation.

Refund Process

Monetary refunds are processed within 10 business days via original payment method. Credits for future services are activated immediately and notified by email.

SPECIAL SITUATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

  • Force Majeure: Extraordinary events evaluated individually, with possible preferential conditions.
  • Modifications Instead of Cancellation: Scope, schedule, or budget adjustments may be proposed to avoid cancellation.
  • Client Breach: Services may be suspended with 15 days’ prior notice. Refunds will be proportional, except in cases of fraud or bad faith.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR ACTIVE CAMPAIGNS

  • Paid Advertising Campaigns: Cancellations do not affect budgets already invested in platforms. Only management fees are refundable.
  • Media Commitments: Subject to the policies of each medium, fully transferred to the client.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY

Quality Guarantee

All services will meet quality standards specified in proposals. Revisions are offered at no additional cost until standards are achieved.

Resolution of Quality Disputes

If unresolved, cases will be evaluated by an independent advertising specialist, with fees shared equally (50/50).

COMMUNICATION AND NOTIFICATIONS

All communications must be through official contract-registered email addresses. ClicBlaze will send confirmations, updates, and final resolutions in writing.

MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

This policy may be updated quarterly to reflect operational changes, new services, or legal updates. Clients with active contracts will be notified 15 days in advance, and updates will be published on the official website.
